It's called the "Circus Tent Carnival Chandelier", and although I see its circus-ness, I def see a bit of pagoda goodness in it, don't you? It seems rather large from the image, so you'd need a nice big, high-ceilinged space for it, but I think it would be an amazing focal point.
If I had a big ol' kitchen with white cabinetry and marble countertops, this fixture would be in the running to hang over my imaginary island. It's not cheap, ringing in close to $1K, but it would be a worthy splurge if you were giving a room the royal treatment.
